Today I went into the woods to a magical grove with a fresh water well. Even though it’s not that far from me .I have not been for a long time. I was called to go and lead by my Goddess because she wants me working there when ever I can .
So after spending time with the tree spirits and the fae , I conducted a small ritual and gave an offering I sat and just listened, connecting and enjoying the solitude of nature.
I am truly blessed to have this beautiful space .
Blessed Beltane and blessed full moon

The witches cat

Midnight stitched the windowpane
With silver thread of moonlit rain,
And on the sill, with eyes like flame,
A shadow sat and knew my name.

He wore no bell, he made no sound,
Yet silence followed where he wound.
His velvet paws, like whispered spells,
Stepped softly through the midnight bells.

His fur was black as ravens’ wings,
As ink, as secrets, hidden things;
A comet tail, a sly disguise,
And ancient starlight in his eyes.

He watched the witch beside the fire,
Who stirred the pot of root and briar,
While candle smoke in twisting streams
Curled upward, carrying half made dreams.

The cat would leap upon her chair,
And blink as if he’d traveled there
From darker woods and older skies,
Where ghosts still spoke in lullabies.

He knew the names of every leaf,
Of every joy, of every grief;
He purred at thunder, hissed at dawn,
And vanished when the stars were gone.

But sometimes, when the moon is thin,
And night invites the strange things in,
You’ll hear soft footsteps, quiet, flat
And wonder where he’s looking at.

For witches know, and so do cats,
The world is more than this and that;
And somewhere just beyond our sight
Her black cat walks the edge of night.
Blessed be

Here is a simple Beltane ritual for blessing and protection that you can perform to honour the energies of the season and invite positive energies into your life:

Materials Needed:
4 small candles (representing the elements: earth, air, fire, water)
cleansing herbs ie rosemary , garden sage for cleansing
Crystals for protection (such as black tourmaline, obsidian, or smoky quartz)
A small bowl of water (spring water if available)
Flowers 🌺 for offerings

Ritual Steps:
1. Set up your sacred space by lighting the candles in the four cardinal directions to represent the elements. Take a moment to center yourself and focus on your intention for the ritual.

Start by cleansing yourself and the space with your herbs to cleanse and purify the energy around you.

Hold the crystals in your hands and infuse them with your intention for protection and blessings. Visualize a shield of light surrounding you, providing a protective barrier.

Place the crystals in the four corners of your sacred space to create a protective grid around you. As you do so, say a prayer or affirmation for protection and blessings.

Take the bowl of water and bless it with your intention for purity and renewal. Sprinkle the water around your sacred space as a symbol of cleansing and blessings.

Offer flowers or herbs as a symbol of gratitude and abundance. Express your thanks to the divine energies, guides, and spirits that support and protect you.

7Close the ritual by extinguishing the candles in reverse order and thanking the elements for their presence and blessings. Express gratitude for the protection and blessings you have received.

Spend some time in quiet reflection, feeling the energies of protection and blessings surrounding you. Trust in the power of this ritual to support and guide you in the days ahead.

Remember to trust your intuition and adapt this ritual to suit your own beliefs and practices. May this Beltane ritual bring you blessings, protection, and a renewed sense of vitality and joy. Blessed Beltane!
