Samhain (October 31–November 1st)marks the end of the harvest and the Celtic new year, when the veil between worlds is thinnest. It’s a time to honor ancestors, release the old, and nourish both body and spirit as the dark half of the year begins.

Before you cook or brew:
Cleanse your kitchen — sweep, light incense (mugwort, rosemary, or sage), and invite your ancestors to join in spirit.
Set your intention — protection for the coming year, gratitude for the harvest, or connection with your lineage.
Stir clockwise for attraction and blessings; counterclockwise for banishing or releasing.✨
