The first strawberries - Dad covered the baby's day and I got it - now I can do it for you, please order. Will be in pots. But dad says fruit only next year :)

It's time to start season:)
Not much now but it's coming:
1. Fresh grapes leaves - especially for Turkish/Greeks.
2. Anise dill to plant or in pots
3. Selery leaves and potted - no root ones
4. Kale seedlings
5. Lovage fresh leaves for using drying or freezing.
6. Garlic taste Onion.
7. Melissa potted
8. Mint potted
9. Chocolate mint potted.

Information about Wallnuts:
Walnuts are rich in the essential omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 rich foods are powerful inflammation fighters. Omega-3 fatty acids alleviate inflammation and can even block inflammatory pathways. According to Dr. Weil, omega-3’s also suppress 40 to 55 percent of the release of cytokines, immune system molecules known to destroy joints and cause inflammation. Eat walnuts to protect your joints!
A study, published in the journal BMC Medicine, found that eating just a handful of walnuts a day can lead to a longer life. In fact, just few walnuts a day can cut the risk of dying from cancer by 40 percent and from cardiovascular disease by at least 55 percent - coupled with other healthy lifestyle choices of course!
Walnuts are high in l-arginine, an essential amino acid known for its role in vascular health. They are also very high in antioxidants, including 16 antioxidant phenols mostly found in the skin, as well as vitamin E great for heart health and melatonin to aid sleep. Walnuts are also a very good source of biotin which benefits hair, nails and skin as well as blood sugar. An ounce of walnuts (about 12-14 halves) provides a convenient source of protein, about 4 grams and about 2 grams of fiber.

At last Daddy had more time so we could take pictures and thats what we have, small Melisa and Pappermint, 1.50- 2.00£ very organic, grown from roots by myself. You can keep then as it is or put into the ground. More space for its root the better. So if you have bigger pots plant would be happy to jump into.

Hello everybody. We are quite late but Daddy has less time now for me and I could not manage all by myself as i am to young. We have some herbst and small plants call seedlings to sell. Please have a look and if you want any, we need to book Daddy to be with me on allotment to give it to you :)

New items arriving tomorrow, we have not time recently to look after shop, but Mira decided to take me to the allotment tomorrow to sort out all prepared plants and bring them to the public - see you tomorrow, noooo, today :)
