What does your body need right now?

Not tomorrow.
Not when things are quieter.
Not when everything else is done.

Right now.

After a retreat — or any moment of deep connection — there can be a subtle urge to act.
To apply.
To move forward.
To “make something of it.”

But often, the most nourishing thing is to settle before acting.

Integration lives in listening.
In slower mornings.
In choosing less.
In allowing the body to lead, not the mind.

If you’re feeling tender, spacious, or quietly reflective — nothing is wrong.
This is where the work lands.

🤍

Save this for a gentle check-in later today.

The quiet after Christmas feels different, doesn’t it?

Not empty.
Not dull.
Just… tender.

January doesn’t need fixing.
It doesn’t need a dramatic reset or a new version of you.

It needs space.
Space to listen.
Space to land.
Space to let the nervous system soften after everything it’s held.

If this month feels slower, heavier, or quieter — you’re not behind.
You’re arriving.

Yoga didn’t change my life by fixing it.
It changed my life by helping me meet it differently.

You don’t arrive calm —
you arrive carrying things.

And then something small happens.
You sit.
You breathe.
And life feels a little more manageable.

This is Santosha Flows Yoga 🤍
A practice for real life.

✨ Hello, 2026 ✨

We’re stepping into this year with full hearts.

Grateful for slow mornings and salty skin in Thailand.
For time with my beautiful family, barefoot days, and shared laughter.
For celebrating love as dear friends said yes.
For adventures that reminded me how good it feels to be here — together.

This season hasn’t been about rushing forward.
It’s been about arriving.

January doesn’t ask us to reinvent ourselves.
It invites us to listen.
To settle.
To soften the nervous system after all that’s been held.

So I’m not resetting — I’m softening.
Letting the year begin gently.
With presence, gratitude, and space to breathe.

Here’s to a year of moving with intention,
resting without guilt,
and choosing what truly nourishes.

✨ Welcome, 2026 ✨
May we begin softly — and grow from there.

January can feel full, fast, and a little overwhelming — so this retreat was created to offer the opposite.

We’ll gather at Cucumber Fields for slow yoga, meditation, nourishment, rest and gentle connection.
A soft landing pad to begin the year.

There are a few spaces left for our Sacred Heart Space Day Retreat.

Opening the Heart Space ✨

What if opening your heart wasn’t about being wide open all the time…
but simply offering yourself a little more space to breathe?

Anatomy teaches us that when shoulders soften and the chest expands, the breath can finally land where it’s needed most — right behind the heart.
Philosophy reminds us that this space holds compassion, courage, and connection.

Every time you soften your shoulders…
Every time you take a slow inhale into the heart space…
Every time you choose gentleness over self-pressure…
You’re practising love — not just for others, but for you too. 💛

In this moment, take one breath like you mean it:
🌬️ Inhale — I open to possibility
🌬️ Exhale — I soften into trust

Your heart is not fragile.
It’s resilient, wise, and waiting to be heard.
May we keep opening, breath by breath. 🤍

🌹 If nurturing your inner world calls to you…
this is exactly the journey we’ll explore together at The Sacred Heart Space Day Retreat — a day to soften, nourish, and reconnect with the part of you that’s been quietly asking for attention.

✨ Join me in this gentle return to yourself.
🕊️ Limited spaces — link in bio to reserve your heart space.
