Shorter days, odd routines, and lots of socialising can all make it easy to spend hours on the sofa, but a little bit of movement is key for your well-being!

Thai massage is a traditional technique in which your therapist compresses and pulls your body with a series of yogic style stretches. Performed with the client wearing loose clothing, it's a great option in the cooler months to get your body moving.
