I’m so excited to finally share some big news, I've launched Raise Your Village!

It’s a trauma informed education and wellbeing initiative offering workshops, healing experiences, and family coaching to support emotional regulation, connection, and resilience.

I’ll explain more clearly.

In order to experience your energy it is necessary to:

1) Bring awareness to your body sensations, pain, anything that your body is expressing, communicating to you.

2) Go deeper into the emotions, introjections or beliefs that we have about sexuality, our bodies and relationships, once we get them, allow them to be released in a safe space ( which is what you come to the group for).

3) Once opened, released, broken into 😁, then you are able to connect authentically with others and integrate who you are with your environment or people, person of your choice.
In a more healthy, clear, honest and authentic way.

That is the purpose of this group, I will be using somatic experiencing techniques for each of these stages, voice work, breathwork, positive psychotherapy and finishing with a card of Mary Magdalene 🤗 .

As my work is nourished from my deep desire of strenghtening the awareness and presence of the Divine Feminine in the present times we are living.

Oct 20th, Nov 10th and Dec 15th will be the last groups and I am still to decide if we carry on to next year. All feed back will be much appreciated.

💖 You can’t teach love (but you can remember it) 💖

This Saturday 18th October (10:30–4:30) I’ll be guiding a Movement Shiatsu workshop at Atlantis Spiritual Centre — a day to come home to your heart.

I’ve just come back from a retreat with my dear teachers Bill Palmer and Teresa Hadland, who reminded me that my greatest gift — and what I’m here to share — is the energy of the heart. ❤️

I’m honoured to be part of the teaching team at the School for Experiential Education, alongside Bill and Teresa (you’ll see us in the photo I’m sharing).
