Weigh day and not a result I wanted but totally expected….. it’s +2lbs this week
I really need to make a plan for the week ahead and STICK TO IT!

Why is it so easy to just sit and indulge when you’re feeling unwell this is week 3 now of feeling unwell I’m now taking lemsip in hope I’ll be feeling 100% in a couple of days!

Saturday 18th October my Enfield Slimming World Group held a big brunch for mindcharity it was such a beautiful morning. Members came together to share awareness and to support a charity that has and does continue help some of my members. Bringing food to the table even if they wasn’t able to stay and enjoy.

Money that was raised in group:
• Raffles from both Friday & Saturday groups
• Handmade cats/dogs raffle (which everybody loved)
• Recipe books
• Mind pin badges
• Donations

It was such a fantastic morning and as a group we managed to raise £360.
I’m blown away by all the support shown, keep being amazing and remembering to talk whenever you feel you need to. It’s Good to Talk!

If you’re waiting to get back on track before returning to group I can promise you it’s not gonna happen.
Get back to group where you can get some great tips and ideas on how to changes those old habits and create new fabulous habits
