By February, many of our patients tell us the same thing. 😔 Their body feels heavier than it should. Their energy dips earlier in the day. And, their muscles feel slower to respond, even when sleep has been reasonable and routines have stayed the same.

When winter arrives, the body notices first.

😫 Your muscles tighten a little faster, your joints take a bit longer to wake up, and motivation can feel harder to find.

Movement doesn’t have to be intense to be effective. It just needs to be kind and consistent.

A slow walk, a few stretches before bed, or even a minute of mindful breathing all help circulation flow and stiffness ease.

Ask yourself today: How is my body feeling? Could a small stretch or short walk help it feel a bit lighter?
