A little moment of gratitude 🤍

As a clinical Aromatherapist and formulator, I’ve always believed skincare should feel personal … thoughtful ingredients, gentle rituals, and space to slow down. That’s why I’m so happy to now have my bespoke aromatherapy skincare finding its place in the beautiful surroundings of a lovely salon in Virginia Water.

I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful day in London celebrating British Aromatherapy with my teacher and mentor, Caren Benstead, and her team.

There’s something truly special about working with plants that flourish in the same climate and culture as the people we care for. From native herbs to UK-grown essential oils and hydrosols, this gathering was a heartfelt reminder of the importance of reconnecting with what grows around us. And it was a powerful way to recognise the innovation and expertise thriving right here on our doorstep.

British Aromatherapy draws on a rich heritage of plant use and herbal knowledge in the UK. It reflects our unique climate, culture, and the needs of our local communities. It supports a truly sustainable approach to wellbeing and care.

Last stop of our Wales Road trip Puzzlewood

Puzzlewood is an ancient, moss-covered woodland in the Forest of Dean, known for its twisting pathways, gnarled trees, and otherworldly rock formations. Its magical atmosphere has inspired scenes in films and TV shows like Star Wars and Doctor Who, and it’s often described as stepping into a real-life fairy tale or fantasy world.

Heading home 🏠…
