It was also Keith’s birthday so he got extra special treatment that day…and everyone got to enjoy some birthday cake after their hard work!

Now the sunshine is back, we’ve been busy harvesting our very own delicious peas, cauliflowers, spring onions and even carrots!

Briege, in particular, can't get enough of the fresh peas and who can blame her? Nothing tastes better than the produce grown by yourself! 😊

Thanks Valerie for helping us have our best year of growth!!! 🙏🏽

Enniskillen Castle brought their history to our doorstep yesterday and we got up close and personal with some amazing artefacts from their displays. Therapy dog Harley (aka Herbie on wheels) came to visit us yesterday and we were delighted to meet him and hear his amazing story.

Originally from Australia, Harley found his way to Fermanagh. He gets around on special wheels after an injury left him paralysed from the shoulders back, but amazingly he still manages to wag his tail! Despite what he has been through, he is so full of life and has become quite a local celebrity, visiting places like our care home to brighten days and share his spirit.

He is an inspiration and he certainly brightened our day yesterday! 🐶🐾🦴😍

The sun might have played hide-and-seek yesterday, but we weren't letting those grey skies win! We decided an indoor beach day was just what the doctor ordered and it was absolutely glorious. We even had a visit from the ice cream man! ☀️🏖️🍦
