Yoga for pelvic pain 🧘🏻‍♀️✨️

I created this class plan for a friend who is currently suffering from Endometriosis i decided to record it and create a voice over to guide the practice through visual and verbal ques.

I hope this helps the many people who are going through the same or similar suffering and anyone who has any pelvic pain or discomfort.

Not just for those mentioned above but anyone wanting to strengthen the pelvic floor for pelvic health this video is suitable for everyone.

Teaching in person is what im use to and it comes naturally to me. When I teach in person i walk around I verbally guide you through your practice with brief demonstration for some poses being mindful of new participants, i make slight adjustments or modify when needed.

If you try my online videos remember this type of Teaching is new to me too 🙏 as ive only ever explored this once before and decided it wasn't for me, but im giving it another go to share my practice and love of yoga with you at no cost its absolutely free which you can do anywhere anytime you wish ✨️ I guess that's the beauty of online especially for someone who struggles with social and group activities this gives you the chance to practice in the comfort of your own personal private space at ease and free from feelings of being overwhelmed or anxious ✨️

Im by no means a pro at this online teaching and im exploring my creative side and I give up with my left and right im more confused than yous watching most likely lol but go with it and just do what side I say regardless of what side it may look on screen lol 😆 😅

I am currently creating a new video with a beautiful practice that is suitable for all.

My plan is to post one practice once a month and ill work on posting weekly if I get enough people wanting them and remember they are absolutely free.

teaching in person is my preferred choice as it is more natural to me. I don't usually demonstrate the entire class so online videos will take time to build confidence and hopefully come across more natural in time.
