Recently I was delighted to receive Reflexologist of the Year from All-Ireland Business Foundation.

International Women’s Day always feels like a moment to pause and reflect, and looking back on my journey in reflexology, I’m especially grateful for the incredible women who have supported my business along the way.

From my wonderful clients to the supportive local school community, so many women have trusted, encouraged and uplifted me throughout the years. Your support has meant everything and continues to inspire me to do the work I love every day.

A heartfelt thank you for this recognition, and to all the amazing women who make this journey so meaningful.
