SWELL Counselling Service
Counselling provides a confidential, supportive space to process the emotional, practical, and relational challenges of cancer, which can include shock, fear, anxiety, and relationship strain. It offers a way to explore feelings, make sense of experiences, develop coping strategies, and find personal strengths.
Key Benefits of Counselling:
Confidentiality: Provides a private and safe space to discuss any issues, no matter how personal.
Emotional Support: Helps you to explore and understand your feelings without judgment.
Coping Strategies: Develops new ways to manage your illness and emotions.
Improved Well-being: Can lead to feeling less worried, more understood, and more empowered to make decisions.
