SC Sports Massage is taking a little hiatus ✈️

My appointment book is going to close at the end of May. The next available appointment I have is from Monday 12th. Therefore to ensure I see any regular clients who may want to grab an appointment before I wrap up for a little bit, I am taking on no new clients during this time ☺️

For anyone who may have a gift voucher and would like to use it during this time - please do get in touch 🎁

Hi all 🙋🏼‍♀️

Just a little heads up to say that the clinic both in Focus and Lisnaskea will be closed from Wednesday 27th of November until Monday 16th of December.

Evening appointments until then are quite limited at the moment just as a heads up for those they suit best. Morning & afternoon availability is slightly more flexible at this time.

Working from:
📍 Focus - Monday 25th Nov
📍 Lisnaskea - Tuesday 26th Nov

Reopen Monday 16th Dec - Monday 23rd Dec.

Anyone that is planning ahead and would like to arrange a voucher I can have these ready and available to collect during that week 🎁

A very enjoyable and highly rewarding season spent with this group of All Ireland winners 🏆

The Red Hands defeated Roscommon by 4-8 to 0-9 at Breffni Park, Cavan.

Hi all 🙋🏼‍♀️

The clinic will be closed from Tuesday 2nd - Friday 19th next month. I will be returning to work from Monday 22nd with extended hours now on Monday evenings due to finishing teaching for the summer.

✨ This means that Mondays in June also have more extended hours in the evening. ✨

I am working Monday July 1st in Lisnaskea with availability between now and then in both Lisnaskea and Enniskillen.

While away I will be able to respond to messages no problem although I may be slower than usual getting back to you but will not be able to take any phone calls.

✨ Please get in touch if you need to schedule an appt for any upcoming events or for any general maintenance treatment ✨

✨ The 2023 reflect. Hello 2024 ✨

You can pack some amount into 12 months 😅

The year heavily involved a whole lot of firsts! First involvement in a county environment, first experience of playing handball ever and first time back playing netball since school. Both of which were very evident firsts 😂 First career talk in a school about my journey from university to now, which was class to share and I thoroughly enjoyed 🙋🏼‍♀️ First involvement in the local Spook 👻 First year actually teaching Sports Massage as well which has been a really exciting experience so far 📚 nice being on the other side of the books for a bit! Plus another club season with the Beragh Red Knights, of which I could do a completely separate post of pictures of just sprained ankles 🤣

Mixed in with a whole hape of football and 1 year of the new premises on the Old Tempo Road. It’s so class to be able to work from home, from Focus and travel with the football doing what I really enjoy doing 🤝🏻

✨ A big thank you to all my clients over the last 12 months. I appreciate every single one of you very much. I look forward to seeing new and returning faces in 2024 ✨

Back to work from tomorrow, Wednesday January 3rd. With availability from Monday 8th. Just get in touch to get booked in 🙌🏻

Had a brilliant morning speaking with the girls about all things A-level choices, university degrees and sports massage therapy. Thankful to all my clients that allow me to do my job, it is so very much appreciated.
Sharing with the girls my pathway to date today was a really enjoyable experience 😃
