Well Worth It! offers training and treatments in the holistic therapies including Reiki, Reflexology, Yoga, Indian Head Massage, full and part Body Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and Bamboo massage. All treatments are non-intrusive and can be used to help the following: Anxiety and Depression/ General well being during long-term or chronic illnesses/ Relaxation during cancer treatments/ Situational stress including work and exam related stress/ Calming for children and during pregnancy / Animals. Having trained in India we run Yoga classes in Enniskillen, Irvinestown, Kesh, Ederney and Bannagh.
