For one last time today I welcomed 4 lovely ladies for reflexology in this beautiful space .

I’ve been honoured and privileged over the last 18 months to promote the benefits of reflexology to many beautiful souls while supporting a charity very close to my heart.

The butterfly effect well being centre in Harlow is a sanctuary for those suffering the effects of poor mental health .
A very warm welcome awaits those needing support and encouragement to live their best life .

I cannot thank Angie and her team of volunteers enough for the love, support and kindness they have shown me over this time .❤️

And finally a very special thank you to all my lovely clients who have trusted in the power of this beautiful therapy 👣👣👣👣

Our Social Wellbeing Groups, running every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, offer more than just a cup of tea and a chat. They offer connection, safety, and a reason to keep going.

These groups are often the only place some attendees feel seen, heard, and supported and they are always well attended because the need is very real.

No need to book online, just turn up and one of our friendly volunteers will be there to welcome you.

Self love 💜💜💜

Sometimes, when everything gets too overwhelming, I just shut myself off.

I ignore the calls, let the messages sit unread, and retreat to a place where I can just be alone. It’s not about running away from anyone – it’s about giving myself space to breathe. There’s a strange comfort in stepping back from the world, letting myself sit in the quiet, and just feeling whatever I need to feel without explaining it to anyone.

I think we all have days like that – when even the smallest noise feels like too much. So I let myself turn it all down. I take time to sort through my own thoughts, to just sit with what’s weighing on me.

It’s not easy, but sometimes, facing it alone brings a kind of calm that nothing else can. And slowly, piece by piece, I find my way back to myself, a little stronger, a little clearer.
