I have been registered nurse most of my working life, supporting people with their health needs. I have loved my nursing career with it's challenges and opportunities. I have also been keen on self development and have read many books and been on courses to help me personally but also to help me help others. This led me to training and now become qualified as a KEY COACH. This seems like a natural progression as I retire from nursing. I use my skills and training to help people create good HEALTH, WEALTH, HAPPINESS AND LOVE in their lives. Becoming AWARE of the things in our lives that are stopping us having the lives we truly deserve is the first step. I have been a registered nurse most of my working life and have loved it. Nurses help people who need support with their health in many aspects. I have worked in many areas of nursing but for the past few years in primary care, which in part includes health promotion. I have personally been interested and taken part in many self development programmes which has led me training to becoming a qualified KEY COACH. This is a natural progression for me as I retire from nursing i.e. to be able to use the many skills I have developed over the years. Being a Key Coach I can help people to create good HEALTH, WEALTH, HAPPINESS AND LOVE in their lives which starts by becoming AWARE of the things in life that stop people living the lives they deserve and reaching their true potential!
