A FREE support group for men and their mental health. We walk, talk, and get some fresh air together.

📍 Chessington South railway station — meet outside the station
⏰ 11:00am meet | 11:15am start

The route takes us across Winey Hill with sweeping views towards the North Downs, across the Thames Valley, and out towards London. From there, we continue past the edge of Chessington World of Adventures before entering the peaceful trails of Chessington Wood, through Crown Estate woodland and Prince’s Coverts.

Following part of the historic Thames Down Link, we’ll walk through Ashtead Common National Nature Reserve and Epsom Common, passing ancient woodland, open heathland, and the beautiful Stew Ponds — originally created by the Abbots of Chertsey in the 12th century.

Lunch will be around the halfway point of the walk. If you’re planning to join, please let us know so we can confirm numbers for the pub booking.
