Teaching parents the skills to complete a full body massage routine on their baby.

We strive to create a social hub for parents and at the end of each session there will be time for refreshments, socialising and sensory play.

It was so lovely being able to teach a set of cousins recently.

As siblings, it must be so wonderful having a babies close in age - sharing all the highs, lows and milestones.

Wow, there seems to be such a baby boy boom at the moment 💙. My last three workshops have been all boys!

A back massage is the perfect opportunity to practice tummy time, in turn, this will assist baby in strengthening their arm, back and neck muscles.

On Tuesday’s, we wear foil blankets 🥰

Brilliant session today, two babies on the current workshop are suffering from colic, wind and general gastro discomfort.

Today, when I taught the colic routine, which predominantly focuses on the abdomen and legs, both babies were releasing all their trapped gas 💨🤭.

Never did I think I would be so excited about trapped wind! Haha. But it was so lovely to be able to provide them with some relief and seeing the smiles on their mummy’s faces was priceless.
