Good Morning, let's talk headaches!
This one is quite literally at the forefront of my mind this morning. In Chinese Medicine, we look at the type of pain you are experiencing, where on the head the pain is, as well as whether it coincides with anything such as hormonal cycles. Below are a few general acupressure points for headaches.
*Please take note of the points in red at the bottom which should NOT be attempted if you are pregnant*

Let's talk Hay Fever!
With the current high pollen count, you may be suffering from symptoms of hay fever such as runny nose, itchy eyes, sneezing and sinus pain. Why not give these acupressure points a go?! Apply firm pressure in a clockwise motion using your index finger for 1-2 minutes on each point.
