Pleased to say I now offer walk & talk therapy. There are lots of potential benefits to this, here are just a few:
- You might feel more comfortable talking whilst walking side by side rather than sitting directly in front of your counsellor
- Being in nature can feel calming and grounding
- Being outside raises vitamin D levels and can help with Seasonal Affective Disorder
- Spending time in nature helps reduce stress
Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

It features a teddy bear comforting someone.

The artwork is located overlooking Jacob’s Wells Road, close to the bridge connecting Upper Berkeley Close to West End car park.

If you or someone you know is emotionally distressed, BBC Action Line lists sources of advice and support at https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/articles/4WLs5NlwrySXJR2n8Snszdg/emotional-distress-information-and-support

Samaritans also has a list of warning signs (for all age groups) at https://www.samaritans.org

Thanks to for this poignant photo.
