We also provide free training to family members as required to ensure your continued safety. Staff training is delivered face to face in our local purpose built training suite. We offer many types of support specific to individual needs and these are available to anyone over the age of 18. Care is never rushed and we are able to adapt to any change in care needs. Whether you require help with meal preparation, personal care, getting dressed, convalescent care, medication assistance, companionship, respite care or simply day to day domestic duties, you can rely on Your Quality Care to be by your side to provide you with the care you need at home in a respectful and friendly way.

Home care staff wanted, come and work for a caring and supportive family company. Weekday rates £12 per hour and weekends £13.50, 45p a mile. We pay for you to attend training and you shadow experienced staff until your ready to have your own clients. Spend time with your clients, we don’t rush the care we provide. Your Quality Care Services are a well-established home care provider and we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality care possible.

We are looking for motivated and caring individuals who share our ethos and want to make a real difference in the work that they undertake.

This role is specifically for our branch in Winsley; supporting our clients in a beautiful retirement village setting.

Tasks include but are not limited to;
• Personal Care
• Accompanying to appointments
• Companionship/Activity Support
• Medication Support
• Domestic Support
• Shopping
• Meal Preparation

We also provide a Well-Being Responder Service which will be part of your role. This involves responding to emergencies that may occur within the village, assessing what is happening and arranging for the appropriate support.

Experience is not necessary as full, face to face, practical training will be provided and paid for.

Driving Licence and access to a car is not essential but is desirable. You must be able to reliably commute to the place of work.

Our staff are just as important to us as our clients, that's why we like to look after them with the following;
• Excellent rates of pay - £11-£12 per hour
• Free Uniform - Tunics, Fleece, Waterproof Jacket, bag
• Fully funded face to face training which staff are paid to attend
• 20 days Annual Leave pro rata
• Paid Mileage
• Ongoing support and personal development

Our Story

Your Quality Care Services Limited has been created by a group of experienced and well trained care staff and management team. We have done this so that we have a company that focuses on delivery of high quality care services. We were all tired of working for organisations that are focused on delivery of hours and profit rather than the quality of the service. Although we are a group of individuals that have come together we are a family and provide a family run service. Each of our branches are run locally, by local people, for local people. All of our staff are trained by qualified trainers and we do not believe in training staff through e-learning, or watching DVD's. We value our staff, their knowledge, and their experience. We provide support and development opportunities to them as they are as equally important to us as our clients.
