don’t ever look back ❤️ Be kind to yourself and be proud ❤️ We may not always feel how we look, so sometimes we need to look, to remember how far we’ve come, however challenging things might be and believe me they are, I am never going back, that’s why I became a consultant, I have no excuses not to go to group every week because that’s what I used to do, avoid group! My biggest change when I was this girl on the right, was to go to my slimming world group regardless, of the weather, school holidays, if I had a tricky week, meals out, holidays! I had to face those scales to be who I wanted to be!
I have no regrets!
6 stone off, has been life changing.
No bad back, no aching knees, no more dreading holidays, especially swim wear, no more not having clothes, not wanting to buy clothes, no more dread of getting in a pool with my kids, no more sores, no more fat back, fat neck, hiding my arms!
My reasons for doing it, outweigh my reasons for not!

This is the story of Wanda Loseweight
Please pay attention, it could be anyones fate.
She’d booked a holiday for the end of July,
2 stone off was her aim - seemed easy as pie.

Easter was coming & with kids on the scene,
She put it off til next week “when I’m back in routine”
The following week, torrential rain fell quite bad
“Go out in this weather?? I’d have to be mad!”

Another week later she was invited for drinks
“I’ll join in May, plenty of time” she thinks
But shes busy all month with no time to care
About that one hour a week, which is all she needs spare

June arrives but Wanda does not get upset
“Still 6 weeks to go, why worry and fret?
If I’m really good, I’ll lose 3 lbs a week
Its not quite what I wanted but I’ll still look quite sleek!”

But June comes and goes and Wanda didn’t commit
Her new shorts are too tight and her dresses don’t fit
She’s sat on the beach with her friend thin Lizzie
Who feels sad for her pal when she gets in a tizzy

“Oh why” Wanda wails “didn’t I take your advice?
And join with you back in April - you’re looking so nice!
You’ve lost 3 stone at a nice steady pace
And you’ve got nothing but size 12’s packed in your case!”

But Wanda Loseweight was not long feeling blue
With a new goal in mind, she knew what to do
“Lizzie” she said “I’ve got it all planned
Im joining a group, the minute we land!”

True to her word, Wanda did what she said
And got to her Target, by Christmas instead
And one year later, once more with her mate
They were BOTH in bikinis and content with their weight.
