Over the years people have come in with various symptoms and sometimes it has turned out to be partially blood pressure related. Now there are also other factors like stress and when your blood pressure readings are taken that will make a difference to the readings.
Some things to do, take your reading around the same time. Make sure you have not just eaten or just exercised.
Take 3 readings one after the other some people say use an average others take the lowest reading. The average is recommended.
Monitor it for a week or 2 and then call your GP and you can give them this information and together you can decide on the best treatment plan for you. This may be medication or it may be changing lifestyle habits. Whatever you do though do not ignore the readings and symptoms.
Even if you are on medication remember factors around you can push up your blood pressure so check it every so often if you are getting persistent symptoms and check in with your GP
