9️⃣ The number of fulfillment, completion + wisdom.

In numerology, it marks the end of a sacred cycle; in astrology, it speaks of higher truths + universal love.

In sacred geometry, 3x3 brings harmony + wholeness.

And in marriage, 9 years is more than an anniversary - it’s a pottery breaking, glass shattering milestone of devotion, growth + spiritual deepening.

🎉 Happy Anniversary to my husband of 9 years, Jack 🎉

We married in the beautiful village of Thurlestone, Devon with so many of our family + friends in tow! Some have now sadly passed, some have drifted away, but we are so grateful for that day, for the connections + for every day together since (even the tough’n’rough ones! 🥴).

I am also excited to 🤗 ANNOUNCE 🤗 that it is in this very village that we will be sharing the home at which we stay with 12 amazing people… our BE Rested October Retreat is just about to open for bookings!!! Keep an eye out for more details! 👀

S U M M E R S O L S T I C E R E F E C T I O N S .
On Saturday, we came together in a beautiful, intimate Gathering to honour the radiant turning point of the Summer Solstice - a time that invites both reflection + renewal ☀️

As the sun reached its peak, so too did we pause to acknowledge our own growth. The last six months have held lessons, challenges, blossoming, + becoming. Through the heart-opening rituals of Cacao, grounding Yoga, expansive Cosmic Sound, heartfelt journalling + connection, we created space to truly feel how far we’ve come…

Now, as we begin to tilt slowly toward the second half of the year, there’s an invitation to move forwards with clarity + purpose.

✨What seeds still want to bloom?
✨What energies do we want to carry with us?
✨What energies can we now release?

The Solstice reminds us: we are always in motion, yet nature shows us how to honour each moment with presence. Let’s move gently, with intention. Let’s keep showing up for ourselves, for each other + for the visions we’re still nurturing.
