Hello! I’m Harriet, a Registered Dietitian and Health Writer and founder of ‘Surrey Dietitian’.
As a Registered Dietitian, I provide clients with nutritional advice based on the latest scientific research on food, health and disease. Dietitians translate this information into practical guidance to enable people to make appropriate lifestyle and food choices.
I was awarded a first-class Bachelor of Science, BSc (Hons), in Nutrition & Dietetics from King's College London and I am registered with the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Dietitians are the only qualified healthcare professionals that assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems.
