Warmer days mean the return of open-toed shoes! Here are some tips to keep your feet healthy as the weather warms up:

✔️ Moisturise daily - dry, cracked heels are common after winter. Use a good foot cream
✔️ Exfoliate gently - remove dead skin with a foot file or scrub once or twice a week.
✔️ Check your nails - trim straight across and don’t cut too short to avoid ingrown toenails
✔️ Choose supportive sandals - look for styles with arch support and cushioned soles.
✔️ Suncream counts - don’t forget the tops of your feet when applying SPF!
