Warmer days mean the return of open-toed shoes! Here are some tips to keep your feet healthy as the weather warms up:

✔️ Moisturise daily - dry, cracked heels are common after winter. Use a good foot cream
✔️ Exfoliate gently - remove dead skin with a foot file or scrub once or twice a week.
✔️ Check your nails - trim straight across and don’t cut too short to avoid ingrown toenails
✔️ Choose supportive sandals - look for styles with arch support and cushioned soles.
✔️ Suncream counts - don’t forget the tops of your feet when applying SPF!

Epsom Footcare is an HCPC registered Podiatry practice based in the town centre of Epsom, with free onsite parking, a ground floor clinic and access for the disabled.

When you visit our clinic you will be put at ease by our friendly team who offer compassionate care and customer service. We treat a wide range of patients from children to the elderly, as well as sports enthusiasts.

Our Podiatrists are highly qualified, dedicated professionals who have earned the trust and respect of our patients, and our community. Their aim is to relieve your foot, ankle and lower limb musculoskeletal problems in order to improve your quality of life.

We use the latest research, equipment and clinical practices to ensure you receive exceptional podiatric care with the fastest pain relief and recovery time.

A referral from your doctor is not necessary so if you have a foot or lower leg problem contact us to discuss how we can help.
