It’s Wallington Farmers’ Market this Saturday and I’m really looking forward to being back.

After all the grey weather lately, it feels good to get outside, wander around the stalls, chat to the producers and take everything in.

There is something really uplifting about a market morning, fresh air, good conversations and so many lovely local produce in one place.

The forecast is dry, let’s hope it stays that way. It will be a bit colder though, with temperatures dropping to around 3 degrees, so definitely wrap up warm.

I’ll be there with Just Be Natural - natural skincare and aromatherapy blends.

And if Mother’s Day is still on your to-do list, I’ll have some ready-wrapped gift ideas to make things simple.

Today I’m thinking about the incredible women in my life, friends, clients, fellow business owners, the women I meet at markets and events, and those I’ve had the privilege of working alongside over the years.

Your strength, honesty, resilience and support mean more than you probably realise. Through good times, challenging times, laughter and long chats, you remind me again and again just how powerful women supporting women can be.

I love it when someone notices the details.

When menopause turns your skin into something you barely recognise…

If you’ve gone from “my skincare worked fine” to “why is everything suddenly stinging, dry, or reactive?” you’re not alone.

“From the top of my head to the tips of my toes menopause is doing an absolute number on me.

My skin has no skin barrier meaning it’s permanently dry, sore and flaky. It’s also reacting to many previously tolerated products and has developed rosacea.

Louisa picked this up during a treatment and used this serum (Simply Refine Super Serum) on my face.

It has been a game-changer, honestly.

I use the Simply Nourish cream first and then a couple of drops of this before bed and wake up with skin that still feels like skin. It is amazing.
