It was all fun and games last night when we had our staff Christmas get together! ⛄️🎄
We took on the cryptic Challenge Chambers escape room, which had us all scratching our heads at points 🤔🙈 Fortunately we weren't completely defeated by the puzzles and managed to complete enough to escape 🙌🏆so dont worry, we'll all be back in the office to look after you next week! 😅😉
Afterwards we refuelled with good food, drink and lots of laughter!
Let the Christmas celebrations begin! 🥳💜

This is the beautiful Karen who will always have a special place in our heart.

We looked after her for three whole years battling with a terrible debilitating condition a amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

Karen was a beautiful ray of light and I loved spending every minute with her. So many times she brought a tear to our eyes as she continue to fight the adversity.

Her journey with us was not about resolution but optimisation through her decline. She loved visiting us and found the chiropractic massage and rehab hugely beneficial. This is a testimony to wellness. When we provide the body with good health it does better- regardless of our condition. RIP beautiful lady - we hope to meet you again one day ###

Some incredible results from a client here on our Transform Plan. Weight loss of 25.1 pounds! 6.5 inches on his waistline. Blood pressure improved. Spinal health improved, posture better! The list goes on…

At Transform Wellness, we have the privilege of working with incredible people — and today we want to honour Phil, one of our clients.

In 2024, Phil survived a gun attack while abroad. In an act of love and bravery, he tried to shield his fiancée during a robbery. Tragically, she lost her life, and Phil was shot multiple times — doctors told him he may never walk again.

Yet despite unimaginable loss and the life-changing reality of his injuries, Phil shows us every day what true courage looks like. He continues to face his recovery with resilience, determination, and a spirit that inspires everyone around him.

💪 His journey is a powerful reminder: adversity can break you, or it can build you — and Phil is choosing to rebuild, one step at a time.

What a pleasure it has been looking after .jade through her pregnancy journey. Chiropractic and pregnancy has a special relationship.

At transform we practice the “Webster Technique”.

What better way to celebrate summer than with some friendly competition and great company? The Transform team recently spent the afternoon at Flight Club Victoria, and it was an absolute blast!

From bullseyes to belly laughs, we enjoyed a perfect mix of food, fun, and a little fierce (but friendly!) rivalry. It was a great chance to unwind, catch up outside the office, and show off our dart-throwing skills—some sharper than others! 😉

Big thanks to everyone who made it such an enjoyable afternoon.

Our member of the month deserves to praised for her efforts over the past couple of months. She is smashing her squats on the barbell at 67.5kg aaaaaaaah!!!!! Her bench press is at 30kg!
Sian is becoming stronger and stronger with each session she is doing at Transform! Sian is putting in the hard work with the guidance of our amazing coaches!
