In Class Two we focus on Baby’s Tummy and a soothing colic routine designed to help relieve trapped wind and discomfort.
I’ve shared an example of the “I Love You” tummy massage strokes so you can give it a try with your little one at home.
Top tip: always massage clockwise on Baby’s Tummy to help those bubbles move through.
