In Class 4, we learn gentle back strokes which helps us support Babies comfortably and confidently during tummy time.

The Babies love tummy time (even Babies that are not keen tummy time can enjoy it in class) because they get to:
👶 see and interact with each other
🪞 look at themselves in the mirrors provided
🤍 or simply relax and lay on your lap

Tummy time is not only beneficial, but also a fun way for our little ones to explore and grow stronger every day.

What a lovely way to end March’s Baby Course. We dedicated time to learning massage strokes for the face and back, and all the Babies took part in tummy time, they did so well 🤍

We had Babies balancing on knees and laps, and they really enjoyed the session.

I’m going to really miss this wonderful group of Mummies and I hope they keep in touch and continue their baby massage journey. 💕

Taking a moment to pause… 🥹✨

2025 was a tough year. I put my whole heart into building Bonded, alongside working for a charity, after leaving the corporate world behind.

It’s been a year of big changes, hard work, and taking a leap of faith.

So to check my emails this morning and see that Bonded Baby Massage has been shortlisted for the Epsom & Ewell Business Awards… honestly, it’s made my entire year! 🏆💛

In today’s class, we worked on chest and arms, while revisiting strokes for the tummy, legs, and feet.

What stood out the most was how the Mums were supporting each other, offering advice, sharing tips, and just being there for one another. It was such a lovely class and a real reminder of how special this community is. I’m so lucky to meet you all! 🌸

Today’s class had a Peter Rabbit theme, and some of the babies were rocking the cutest outfits. 🐰👶✨

We had a wonderful time in our second Bonded Baby Massage class, in the beautiful sensory room at Big Dreams Nursery

Mummies and Babies learnt about massage techniques for the tummy and we practiced a Colic Routine as a group.

Happy Tums = Happy Mums 🤍

In Class Two we focus on Baby’s Tummy and a soothing colic routine designed to help relieve trapped wind and discomfort.

I’ve shared an example of the “I Love You” tummy massage strokes so you can give it a try with your little one at home.

Top tip: always massage clockwise on Baby’s Tummy to help those bubbles move through.
