It’s official… Grow and Glow CIC is now a registered Community Interest Company 🫶

This is a huge milestone for us. Becoming a CIC means we are now formally recognised as a not for profit organisation, set up to support women’s mental health and wellbeing in the community.

It has taken time, learning, and a lot of behind the scenes work, but this step helps us build something lasting. It allows us to grow, reach more women, and continue putting every bit of energy back into the spaces we have created together.

To every woman who has been part of this journey so far: thank you. This is only possible because of you.

We are so proud of what has been built, and even more excited for what is still to come.

Yep, you guessed it ladies… it’s that time again.

Doors open from 6:45PM – come in, grab a drink, and get comfy.
Session runs 7:00–8:30PM in Epsom, Guildford, and Reigate.

Whether you’ve had a tough week, a brilliant one, or something in between – you’re always welcome, exactly as you are.
