✨ As the nights draw in, connection matters even more. ✨

With the clocks going back and the evenings arriving earlier, this time of year can feel a little heavier. But it can also be a reminder to slow down, reach out, and look after ourselves, together. 💗

Every Wednesday, our Grow and Glow groups offer a warm, welcoming space to share, listen, and just be. 🌸

Don’t forget to fill your own cup today, sis. You’ve been out here pouring into everyone else like it’s a full time job with no benefits. Meanwhile, your own cup’s over there running on fumes. You can’t keep giving from empty and calling it love. It’s burnout disguised as generosity.

So take a minute, or an hour, or the whole day if you need to. Rest. Laugh. Move your body. Say no without guilt. Fill yourself back up so you’re not just surviving but instead you’re glowing again. The world needs you at full power, not running on “I’m fine.” 🙌🏽👑🩷

We will continue to Grow so you ladies can Glow 💖🫶🏼
Grow and Glow Grow and Glow Reigate Grow and Glow Epsom Grow and Glow Guildford Grow and Glow Woking

Last night marked the official launch of our Woking Grow and Glow group (our 4th location 🥹), and what an evening it was. We set up 12 chairs, unsure if even one person would walk through the door. 24 women came together, for many it was their first time stepping into a space like this.

The room was filled with honesty, laughter, a few tears, and a sense of belonging that words can’t quite capture. It reminded us why Grow and Glow began: to create spaces where women can be heard, understood, and supported by others who just get it.

Quite a few women mentioned how thankful they are to finally have something like this in Woking, a space where they can come as they are, feel safe to share, and know they’re not alone. Hearing that means everything to us.

Our sessions will continue weekly every Wednesday. If you’re female and over the age of 18, you’re so welcome to join us. You might have nothing to lose but potentially so much to gain. 💗

Parking details: Parking is available at Victoria Place, in the red car park on level 8. There is a small fee to pay, but you can also find free parking nearby within a short walking distance of the venue.
