Sometimes we think strength means pushing through everything.
But I’m starting to see it differently.
Strength can also look like slowing down,
listening to what your body is asking for,
and allowing yourself to be exactly where you are.
If you’re going through something right now —
whether it’s physical, emotional, or just life itself —
you don’t have to have it all figured out.
Just take it one moment at a time.
There is more support, more resilience, and more calm within you than you might realise 💚
