Weight loss milestones hit tonight and that was JUST ONE session 😁 A further 2 awards ontop of these beauties PLUS our 2 x Slimmer of the week achievers, one of which lost 6.5lbs this week!

Awards are amazing but we also tackled some real weight loss stoppers tonight too. It is hard sometimes but the group made sure that everyone left with a plan of change where needed and feeling really geared up for 7 days of Food Optimising.

Happy Weekend Everyone! 🙌.

Yes I'm in McDonald's! My 6 year old and I snuck out of the house and snuck to MD's. My son has been super good this week and has always wanted to try a Mcdonalds Breakfast. I had an Americano with a splash of milk and apple slices. 😇 (Im not a breakfast person) While going through the brand new Slimming World Magazine (out in group next week) Theres a fakeaway in there that I fancy for tea tonight. 😋
