I have one place left on the following course for anyone who feels drawn to progress their Reiki Journey to a deeper level 💜🙏.

Okuden Reiki 2nd Degree - 2 full days. Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th October 2025.

This course deepens your understanding and connection. You must already hold Reiki 1st Degree. This may also be suitable if you have lost your way and feel the need to reconnect again with Reiki (refresher) 🙏.

We will learn how to embrace Reiki in our daily lives. This level works on a deeper mental and emotional level enabling deeper healing to take place. This level also empowers you to send Absentia Reiki over time and space. Should you wish to become a practitioner and set up your own practice, guidance will be available to help you with this. (a light lunch is provided both days).

Twice monthly Reiki Shares are held to provide ongoing support and guidance, as is one to one for anyone requiring this.

A gentle reminder that when we focus on our breath we realise that the mechanics of life are we breathe in and we breathe out! Same with life! We can only hold on to situations for so long and then we have to let things go - flow!! 💜🙏

Two of the most important words for self talk. “I Am” means you believe in yourself that you can achieve, you will be successful. So often our self talk takes us down disappointing pathways such as the use of phrases like “I hope this…. Or if only this…. These suggest you doubt your own abilities which results in disappointment, because you don’t believe it will work out for you. 💜🙏
