I give grateful thanks today and everyday, for what is in my life.
We sometimes take for granted that we have food on our plate, a roof over our heads, some money to buy what we need to help us survive. However, one thing we forget to say is “Thank you” to those that love us, care about us, and make our lives have meaning.
Today, I am saying ‘ Arigatu’ to you all, the people who continue to like my postings, here on facebook or come to me for Reiki and Support, it means so much to me, that I continue to enjoy working away for you all to enjoy.

Good Morning. Yes this is so very true. Ego can be a very dangerous thing. If only we can remember we Are all equal there is no-one better than anyone else. We can have Power but it’s how we see it and use it that’s important.
Strip away the Title, the wealth and what are we left with? Ultimately who we are, a Spiritual being living a human existing in a physical body in which we are to learn lessons💜🙏. Kindness, gratitude and Love and our connection to others 💜💜💜

Let today be different. Look for the little things in your daily life you take for granted. Can you identify them? We should be looking at the little gifts that life freely gives us, but we are too busy scrolling on the media devices to notice them or keeping up with the fashion trends etc. Try stopping and seeing what you are missing.. I call these the gifts of living 💜🙏
