To stay updated with all our nursery locations, news, and activities, please follow our new main profile: on Facebook and on Instagram. All our rooms deliver educationally planned activities, following the children’s current interests that promotes all 7 areas of learning and development of the EYFS. We are continuously supporting children on their journey to become their own advocate and develop their independence. This is done through imaginative play, having a self-care station in the rooms and adults modelling the skills needed. Our nursery has a fantastic outdoor space, which can be used in all weathers. This allows the children to continue their development outdoors using the bike track to help develop their physical skills, the children love using the mud kitchen creating their own recipes and sourcing natural ingredients to make mud pies. They also have a passion for planting a variety of plants and vegetables and herbs in our ‘growing area’ to help promote the understanding of caring for the environment. As a nursery we pride ourselves on providing a creative, stimulating and an inspiring environment for our children to learn and grow.

First Aid Training with Daisy First Aid ❤️🏥

Keeping our children safe is always our top priority, which is why 11 members of our amazing team took part in First Aid Training with Michelle from Daisy First Aid last week! 🩹🚑

From CPR to managing minor injuries, our staff are fully equipped with essential first aid skills to ensure a safe and secure environment for all our little learners. A huge well done to everyone who took part! 👏

We’re in the final stretch of our Sponsored Reading Challenge and have already raised an amazing £300! 🎉 Thanks to this, Usborne will be donating an extra 30% in free books to our nursery – but we’d love to raise even more before the challenge ends this Friday!

🫖 Tomorrow at 3:30 PM, we’re celebrating with a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party 🎩☕ and parents are invited to join the fun!

📚✨ Let’s Boost Literacy at Home! ✨📚

This month, we’re focusing on literacy, and we’d love for parents to join in at home! Here are some simple ways to help your little one develop their love for reading and writing:

👉 Read Together Daily: Set aside 10 minutes each day for a story. Let your child choose the book and ask questions as you read!
👉 Get Creative with Writing: Practice writing their name using finger paints, sand, or tracing letters.
👉 Sing & Rhyme: Sing songs and nursery rhymes to build vocabulary and rhythm!
👉 Play Letter Games: Use alphabet magnets, flashcards, or games like “I Spy” to make learning letters fun.
👉 Encourage Storytelling: Ask them to tell you a story, write it down, and read it back to them—it’s a great way to connect spoken and written words!
