Resident Iain at Esher Manor Care Home - Avery Collection was delighted to be presented by Team Members Donna and Monika, his favourite football teams signed shirt and jacket.
Iain a super fan of AFC Wimbledon will be proudly wearing his jacket on Saturday at the home game against Port Vale.
Iain has asked for his signed shirt to be framed, so we will happily arrange for it to be framed so it can hang on his wall.
