We offer a range of classes all designed for whichever part of the journey you are on. From Pre Natal Pilates classes to keep you fit for your birth, to helping you stay active when you've had your baby and also to helping you juggle your fitness with your life as a Mum through 1-2-1 personal training sessions!

ONLINE SUMMER WORKOUT BUNDLE ON SALE NOW!

I am SO excited to announce the launch of my online Pick and Mix Summer Fitness Classes! A bargain price at £45 (worth £90)

Everything is filmed and is ready to access NOW! I have spent the last two days filming and there is SO MUCH available to you!

Designed so you can continue your workouts, whether at home or abroad this Summer. Ive filmed 4 hours of content jam-packed with bespoke moves and teaching tips. You will be fully equipped to keep up your fitness and wellbeing goals over the Summer break.

Covering HITT, circuits and pilates, using bodyweight and also equipment based exercises too.

The best thing about it all is that YOU get to create your workout using our unique 'Pick and Mix' style.

Simply select a quick warm up, add a main workout (or 2 if you mean business!), then finish with a stretch and cool down. Or if you're short on time, just pick a quick 20 mins session. Each main workout ranges between 20 to 30 minutes so you can get your workout whipped out in no time!

All I ask is that you allow yourself some ME TIME this Summer to dedicate to you 🫵🏻

Classes are available to buy NOW and will be available for you to access from Thursday 17th July until 7th September, giving you 7 weeks of fresh workout sessions for you to access all over the Summer break. You can access workouts as many times as you like.

A very Happy belated Mothers day to YOU ALL...

To the new mums, the old mums, the cool mums, and the anxious mums. To the annoying mums, the silly mums, the loud mums and quite clearly crazy mums. To the quiet mums, the nervous mums, the confident yet winging it mums.

To the mums we are incredibly lucky to have join us still in our journey through life... and to the mums we have sadly had to say goodbye to along the way.

The beautiful Anna with gorgeous 17 week old Elodie in one of our Post Natal Mat Pilates classes this week. Anna returns to me for her second time having had Sebby before, who is now 2 years old. I love seeing my clients return and watching their families grow, which over the 14 years I've been running has been many many babies!
