We were so honoured to host a sold-out Mum & Baby Pilates event with and it truly was such a beautiful experience. Seeing so many amazing mums moving, connecting and sharing these little moments with their babies made the day incredibly special 🫶👶🧘‍♀️

We are SO excited to introduce the lovely Naomi Walsh as the newest addition to our studio family! 💛
(And just to clear up any confusion — Naomi won’t be teaching Pilates… she’s bringing us all the yoga magic 🧘‍♀️✨)

Naomi is a RYS 200–qualified yoga instructor trained with Yogahaven Teacher Training, and her classes are all about dynamic flow, mindful movement, and breath-led sequences that leave you feeling both strong AND grounded.
Expect empowering flows, calming vibes, and a welcoming energy that encourages you to explore your practice while staying connected to your body, mind, and breath 🌿💫

Zoe is a local girl from Esher and went to school in Esher Surrey. She really is a local girl and has spent the past 30 years building up her fitness brand in the local community. Zoe runs two studios in Esher Surrey and Surbiton London. The most important part of ZHPilates is the team of experts. Supporting one another and Learning from one another is key to our success.
