There is something incredibly powerful about practicing in an open field under a wide sky. It naturally helps you immerse fully in the present and find that unison between the inner self and the environment—a reminder that we aren’t just moving in the world, but moving with it.

Movement is medicine. 🌿✨
In this flow, I’m listening to the body and feeling the sensations of energy as they align with the breath:
• Reaching for the heavens: Deep stretches and side bends to open the body and invite in fresh air.
• Activating energy: Twisting from the waist to "wring out" tension and spark a surge of vitality.
• Anchoring: Gathering the yin and yang energy to seal it in and anchor firmly into the ground.

Allow yourself to flow, to breathe, and to be.

Looking to grow your daily roots?

There is a misconception that getting older means becoming "less." But at 73, thanks to my daily practice, I feel more grounded and powerful than ever before. 🕊️

Force doesn't always have to be loud.

In Qigong, pronounced - 'chee-gong' we find it in the flow.

I’m sharing this movement today to show you that vitality is a choice we make every morning.

Two hands holding the sky opens the meridians of the upper body, stretches the spine and boosts your energy levels.

Overall this simple practice will quickly and effectively calm the mind and enhance blood circulation through your entire body.

May this movement bring you the same steady strength it brings me. 🌊

They say we fade as the years go by, but I’ve found the opposite to be true.

At 73, I feel my inner force and power growing every single day.

🌿It isn't about rushing; it’s about the consistency of a daily practice.

⚡️This simple Qigong movement is part of that journey.

🧠Let’s grow stronger mentally & physically together, one breath at a time.

Join me for a gentle pause...

🍃Inhaling slowly float the hands up, keeping the elbows down and soft.
Exhale slowly as if you're wiping a window with your palms.

🍃Keep the breath even and slow make the in breath the same length as the out breath.

🍃Let your movements float, soften and glide, allowing the energy to flow naturally.

🍃Allow your mind to slow down listen to the sounds around you and feel your connection to nature.

🍃Enjoy the moment.
