There is something incredibly powerful about practicing in an open field under a wide sky. It naturally helps you immerse fully in the present and find that unison between the inner self and the environment—a reminder that we aren’t just moving in the world, but moving with it.
Movement is medicine. 🌿✨
In this flow, I’m listening to the body and feeling the sensations of energy as they align with the breath:
• Reaching for the heavens: Deep stretches and side bends to open the body and invite in fresh air.
• Activating energy: Twisting from the waist to "wring out" tension and spark a surge of vitality.
• Anchoring: Gathering the yin and yang energy to seal it in and anchor firmly into the ground.
Allow yourself to flow, to breathe, and to be.
