🥊💪 The Avelon Road Centre Sports Group stepped into the ring this week at Origin Gym for a fantastic boxing session with the brilliant Daisy! 🧤🔥

Our group had the chance to learn new skills, build confidence, improve fitness and most importantly – have loads of fun 🙌😃.

A massive thank you to Daisy and the Origin Gym team for making us feel so welcome and keeping us motivated throughout 👏💙.

We can’t wait for round two! 🥊✨

🙌 A huge thank you to Sue Ospreay and her wonderful team for welcoming our Men’s Group to the Havering Town Hall 🏛️✨

We were given a very special tour and even got to see what it takes to be the Mayor of Havering 🎖️👔👑.

It was such a fantastic opportunity for our group to learn, ask questions and experience something new 👏💬🌟.

Thank you again to the Mayor for her kindness and time 💙.

Donation Request For Any Unwanted Wool

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are reaching out to kindly ask for donations of wool for our Day Centre. Our Clients love getting creative with knitting and crafting activities, and your contributions will help us keep these sessions going strong.

If you have any spare wool at home - any colour or type - we would be very grateful to receive it. Donations can be dropped off at the Centre during opening hours.

✨🎬🎧 Silent Movie & Disco Fun at Avelon Road Centre! 🎧🎬✨

On Tuesday we had an absolutely fantastic day here at Avelon Road Centre! 💃🕺

We started off by watching the classic film Freaky Friday 🎥🍿 which had everyone laughing and enjoying themselves together. Then, in the afternoon, we turned up the fun with our very own Silent Disco – a huge thank you to The Silent Disco Company for supplying the brilliant equipment 🙌🎧.

None of this would have been possible without the generous donation from Fab4Fundraisers 💖🙏 – their kindness gave our clients and staff a truly unforgettable experience.

Everyone danced the afternoon away to three amazing playlists:
🎶 Cheesy Hits (perfect for a sing-along!)
🎶 80s Classics (timeless tunes that got everyone moving)
🎶 Techno Beats (for those who love to rave!)

As you can see from the smiles 😁, it was a joyful day filled with music, laughter, and community spirit. ❤️

🚣‍♀️🌊 Making a Splash at Lambourne End! 🌊🚣‍♂️

Our Sports Group had an amazing day out at Lambourne End taking part in a Kayaking lesson 🛶

✨Everyone gave it their best shot, building confidence, teamwork and having plenty of laughs along the way. It was wonderful to see our Clients challenge themselves, learn new skills and enjoy the great outdoors 🌳
