The Hexasole offloading insole, offers a simple remedy to the problems associated with pressure sores or sensitive areas on the sole of the foot.
The hexagonal shaped plugs can be removed to relieve pressure from particular vulnerable areas of the sole, whilst also providing extra comfort within the shoe.

Today,my client presented with painful cracked heels.... After just one treatment from myself, using a scalpel to reduce thickened,hard skin,a paddle file with a grit pad to smooth over the heel, then application of a moisture cream, my client has 90% new heels 🙌🏼. Client must continue to moisturise twice a day with cream and apply Vaseline over the top as this creates a sealing barrier, locking in essential moisture for feet to repair themselves👍🏼

It’s not just about Footcare, sometimes I may be the only person that my clients see. It’s also about assessing someone’s situation! Do they need home help? Companionship? Personal care? So for me, it goes much much further than just Footcare. Please check in on anyone that may live alone 🥰

As you can see, my client was in alot of pain especially when mobilising. After having nails cut, You can see the indentation in the skin formed from the nails curling round the toe😔
If left much longer, the nails would have pierced the skin causing further pain and possible infection.
