I’m Tessa, MSc psychologist and creator of Talk2Tessa.

For over 15 years I’ve worked with people who seemed capable on the outside,
but felt overwhelmed inside.
Overthinking.
Self-doubt.
Mental exhaustion.
Inner pressure and early burnout.

Again and again I noticed:
people weren’t broken — they had simply never learned how to feel safe with their inner world.

Talk2Tessa grew from that insight.
Not to replace therapy,
but to offer calm psychological support in everyday life.
