Good evening you beautiful people..

I hate to say it but I'm postponing my Home ed session for a couple of weeks.

In fact i am putting everything on hold for a couple of weeks.

I need time to give my mind body and soul a break. Then to readjust and to come back bigger and better, more focused and more clear headed.

I absolutely preach self love and by taking a minute to step away to breathe this is what I'm affirming.

I hope you all understand 💔

Give me a couple of weeks and il be back for your Reiki sessions and massages, our home ed and online sessions. With more in the pipeline to offer ❤️

Starting this Monday, running every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6 am we will start the day wil grattitude. Looking for the positives in life rather than the negatives and discuss what this means. We will have a guided meditation and set ourselves up for a positive and productive day.

You will need a notepad and pen.

50% of all costs! Only £10 per house instead of £20 with the option to add on distance Reiki at the end for only £5 instead of £10

Dates for the diary..

16th. 23rd. 30th. January.. 1pm.
- Home Educated Class. Mindfulness and Meditation.
£10 per family as a minimum payment. Same location. Message me for these details if you are new.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from the 13th January I will be starting an online 6am Club. This will be a 30 minute wellness session where we will practice grattitude, meditation and setting ourselfs up to have the most positive and productive day possible. This is £10 per home, you will need a note pad and pen. There is also the option to add some distance Reiki onto the end of your session for an additional £5. Invite link will be sent once payment has been received. Message me to book.

Also debating a 9.30am online session if people would be interested? Let me know and I will do it if there's enough interest.

People requiring a private Reiki session, Massage it a combination of both, message me when is best for you and I will check my diary and get you in 🧘🏽‍♀️

Hey, this is the last week of our Home Ed Mindfulness and Meditation classes for the year 🎉

On Thursday we will be making vision boards as our main activity!

If attending please bring anything you want to help with your vision boards. Pencil cases with your pens, pictures, old magazines ect ect ect. Anything you want to use or feel you could share with the class. Il be providing things too as always. I will be putting snacks out for everyone and we will end, what has been an amazing start, our Mindfulness and Meditation class for the year with some festive vibes 🎊❤️

Also if anyone has any old magazines or newspapers they don't want then could you please let me know and I will come and pick the up for my Kids and Adults to use within our class.

Beautiful little Home ed class today 🥰

Meditation and Mindfulness comes in so many shapes and forms.

We have 2 dates left of the year.
5th of December and the 12th of December.
