I’m obsessed with measuring/performance. I did this session 2019 and averaged 2.02’s so onwards and upwards.

Discipline/Consistency wins lovely people.

‘LASTING CHANGE’ when it comes to your body health, you just need to find a DIET APPROACH that works for you.

For the majority of my new clients if I gave them a new set of rules to follow then this would be too overwhelming and their goals would be short lived.

Then you guessed it…

In time back to square one.

More annoyed, upset and angry that you keep giving up.

Why?

Diet psychology… for example battling against years of emotional eating and eating behaviours.

For most it’s exactly where you are now due to these traits, behaviours and habits which have formed over the years.

So…

It’s time to change your current beliefs.
