𝟓𝟎𝐤𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬… Huge shoutout to my 1:1 client Lyle 22yrs old.

At 17yrs old I remember Lyles mum dropping him at the studio for the first time.

Quiet, unassuming, lacking confidence and unsure what to do with his life.

Fortunately for both of us we bonded.

Every week to the next year progress after progress.

It’s been a privilege seeing this young man develop as a person physically and mentally.

Now 5yrs later STRONG as an OX.

Pressing 50kg dumbbells overhead for reps is one hell of achievement.

At the start he was struggling with 10/12kg dumbbells overhead. Bodyweight feats (press ups to chin ups).

There has certainly been many more accomplishments from barbell lifts (squat, deadlift, military press, rows etc).

Thank you for listening, being consistent, making me smile and helping me improve my skills over the years.
