Today we say a very special goodbye to Lou 💙

Many of you will recognise Lou from around the home — a familiar, friendly face who has been part of daily life here at Cedar Lodge for the past 8 years. As well as being a truly compassionate and dedicated carer, Lou has also played a huge role behind the scenes, helping to keep our home clean, comfortable, and welcoming for everyone.

Her kindness, work ethic, and warm presence have made a lasting impact on both residents and colleagues alike

Today marks Lou’s final day with us as she begins her well-earned retirement.

From all of us at Cedar Lodge — thank you, Lou, and we wish you a long, happy, and relaxing retirement. You’ve more than earned it 💐
