On our way back from an astounding and exhausting 3 days! Lots of you will know how excited Lizzie and I were to go to Pilates on Tour . As always it was a truly special event which was both inspiring and educational. In our local area, the Pilates teaching community feels small at times, but at an event like this, we are reminded of the global Pilates love,experience and guidance out there. Some highlights for me personally were workshops with and .puleo and classes with - thank you ladies for giving me some valuable tools (and energy) to take back to my clients. We’ve come back reenergised, enthusiastic, and with a whole long list of things we’d like to study/explore further 🙈 Thank you for a wonderful weekend! Back to work from tomorrow 😂
