Welcome to YogaPractic

Many of you know me as your local Chiropractor as I have been for the past 10yrs, but recently I have embarked on a new adventure and continued my studies and am working towards helping my patients with more than just the McTimoney method of keeping the body aligned and healthy.

I am a fully qualified Yoga Teacher of 4years but a student since I was 17 where I first found this magic practice called yoga!

Yoga brought me back from a very serious injury I sustained, an injury which has left me with with ongoing issues, however, through my practice I am able to continue with life's many adventures as comfortably as possible.

Yoga is a gift. A gift I want to share with my community and help anyone who is struggling with mobility or other health issues.

As a Chiropractor I naturally have a very scientific perspective on things, this is where my classes truly are an East meets West approach. I will guide you through your practice with knowledge and understanding creating postures best suited to you in a relaxing and therapeutic environment.

Looking forward to seeing you all on the mat
