We had a fantastic fitness session with our external sports activity coach! 💪🎾
Residents enjoyed a full hour of fun exercises including ball games, resistance band training, and gentle movement activities designed to keep everyone active and smiling. It was wonderful to see so much energy, laughter, and teamwork around the room.
Staying active helps support mobility, strength, and wellbeing — and sessions like these make exercise enjoyable for everyone! 🌟
