A beautiful spring afternoon in the orchard today ☀️🐝
The bees are flying, the sunshine is warming up, and we’ve welcomed a couple of new colonies to the apiary. With pear blossom finishing, apple blossom just starting, hawthorn about to burst and dandelions everywhere, there’s plenty for them to enjoy.

Loved feeling the warmth of the sunshine on my back and the gentle breeze in my hair today. I took a little time this afternoon to head out for a walk with my camera and capture some of the beautiful spring flowers that are in bloom.

I’m back at Souled Out from tomorrow (Tuesday) as usual, heading into a fully booked week — thank you 😊

Souled Out – Quick April Update

Well here we are, the start of a new month, new beginnings, new home.
I’m pretty much settled into Vine Mews, and the space already feels full of light and possibility. Thank you for being part of this next chapter.

A little reminder: there’s now only one treatment room at Souled Out, so if you arrive very early, I may not be able to let you in to wait, there’s a lovely café at the top of Vine Mews should this happen.

Well, the second week is complete at Souled Out’s new home in Vine Mews 💛

This morning felt like a bit of a milestone… having the door open, fresh air flowing through, and new faces and regular faces popping in to say hello. There’s something really special about those first connections in a new space.

I’m so grateful—not only to the lovely new people I’ve met already, but especially to my wonderful existing clients who have followed me here and continue to support me. You are all amazing!

There’s a feeling here… a calm, a sense of belonging. It just feels right. And deep down, I know this little space is going to make me very happy.

Here’s to new beginnings, familiar faces, and everything still to come ✨

What a lovely day its been today, I've been out and about wind talking and mooching about the countryside, before going to the shop this evening.
Loving all the blossom out at the moment.

The door will be open at Souled Out in Vine Mews tomorrow from 10am ish till 1pm for chatting, in person appointment making and honey & candle pick ups.

Welcome to Souled Out.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and have been a therapist for 16 years.

At Souled Out you can find a wide range of Holistic, massage, beauty therapies, energy healing, readings and workshops to help soothe your body, calm your mind and discover your spiritual side.

I am enhanced disclosure checked and am able to carry out treatments within other professional environments such as care, nursing, supported living, hospital & hospice settings, i have experience within nursing, assisted living, mental health, learning disabilities, brain injuries and behaviours that challenge.
