Good evening lovely people ✨
And hello fans and new followers!

You’ve joined me at a really exciting turning point for Souled Out. After 7 mostly wonderful years on Bridge Street, Evesham, I’ll soon be moving into a cosy new space at Vine Mews. It’s a little bittersweet saying goodbye to Bridge Street 😔, but I’m also incredibly excited to begin this new chapter and see where it leads 💫

Today’s “office” looked a little different and a nice break from sorting out the move, as I spent time at the apiary with Mr Asum Honey making the most of that beautiful burst of sunshine. It’s been a day of checking losses, noting what’s thriving, and getting those essential jobs ticked off. Spring definitely feels like it’s well on its way 🌱🐝 but blooming heck that wind still has a bite to it.

I hope you’ve all had a peaceful Sunday and managed to soak up a bit of that sunshine too ☀️

Keep an eye on your inbox later on this evening—March’s Souled Out newsletter will be landing for those who are subscribed

A huge thank you to everyone for your patience while I’ve been unwell over the past few days, and for being so understanding with rescheduling appointments 💛

I’m hoping to be back up and running as usual by this Saturday, all being well. I really appreciate your support and kindness—it means a lot.

Happy what’s-left-of Valentine’s 💝 lovely people!
Hope you’ve all managed to enjoy a little bit of sunshine today 🌞
We’ve had a much needed day outdoors soaking it up. Blooming chilly, but nothing a few extra layers couldn’t handle.

There’s still a lot of water at the apiary from all the flooding, but thankfully no bees needing life jackets… yet! 🐝🦺
Although I’m starting to think I should be making some just in case.😆

Here’s hoping for a few dry days ahead before they start asking for swimming lessons! 😂

Its the little moments of peace....and pause

Day 34

Phone snap

Im sitting in the car, engine running, hands wrapped round the steering wheel, listening to the rain and sleet drum on the roof and tap on the windscreen while I wait for the heater to finally decide I’m worth warming. Cold fingers, warm thoughts, and that quiet little moment and pause before the world starts again. ❄️🚗

Imbolc Blessings to all those that do 💚

Yesterday Imbolc arrived with its gentle promise of lighter days, tiny beginnings, and the quiet magic of hope returning. It’s the halfway point between winter and spring, when candles glow a little softer and our intentions feel a little easier to breathe and settle into.

And with the Full Snow Moon shining bright too, the night had that extra bit of sparkle. Its cool, silvery light brings clarity, and a chance to release the heaviness winter sometimes brings.

So brew something warm to drink, light a candle, and let yourself settle into the soft, hopeful energy of the season.
Brighter days really are on their way now.

There are lots of benefits involved in getting a massage. Here are a few reasons why it's a good idea to consider booking in for one 🙂👇

Relaxation: Massage helps to reduce stress and bring in relaxation by reducing levels of the stress hormone cortisol in the body.
A massage therapy session can provide that much-needed break from your daily routine and allow you the time to unwind physically and mentally.

Pain relief: Massage therapy is known to alleviate pain and reduce muscle tension. It can help with muscle strains, sports injuries, chronic pain, and even headaches.

Improved circulation: Massage can help increase blood circulation, which in turn promotes the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues. This can help contribute to healthier muscles, improved organ function, and a stronger immune system.

Increased flexibility and range of movement: Regular massage can help to improve flexibility by targeting and releasing tight muscles and connecting tissues. This can help to increase the range of motion in joints, making movements easier and less painful.

Better sleep quality: Many of my clients experience better sleep quality after a massage therapy session. The relaxation and stress reduction benefits can help with promoting a regular sleep pattern.
If you struggle with sleep like me, it can really help.

Boosted mood and mental well-being: Massage therapy helps to stimulate the release of endorphins, which are our bodies natural mood-enhancing chemicals. It can also help reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression by enhancing relaxation and giving sense of well-being.
