#1 - Partaking in generic online workouts 🤕

#2 - Getting strict with my food intake and then end up binging on the kids chocolate because I’m pulling my hair out with stress 🥵

🦾In need of some hard facts?🦾

Here they are...

Yes I know. Things are crazy right now and how everything will pan out is anyone’s guess.

Yet many, many people that I’ve spoken to have dropped the ball on the most important opportunity they have right now...

I get it. People are having to buy in food that they wouldn’t usually eat, they are having to cancel gym memberships, and they are resorting to workout videos on Facebook and YouTube (which are definitely not the way forward by the way!).

On top of that the stress of the current situation is meaning people are reaching for junk food for a little self-soothing.

All big mistakes.

🧠 What I would urge you to do is flip this thing totally on its head. 🧠

MAKE this the time to actually do the work and get in the shape you’ve been promising yourself you would for the last goodness knows how many years.

Just because you are restricted in your food choices DOES NOT mean you can’t lose weight and be healthy.

Just because you can’t get to the gym DOES NOT mean that you can’t increase your fitness and start to shift fat (although generic body-weight videos certainly aren’t the way to go either!).

In short, it’s time to turn s**t into sugar 🙂

👉 You have two options-
You can come out of this time of lockdown unhealthier and fatter from eating crap and being inactive OR you can come out of it with renewed vigour from eating smart and handling your health the right way 👈

Listen up FB friends!

There seems to be a touch of mass hysteria right now, and I totally get why.
Everything is up in the air. No one truly knows what's going on and no one knows for sure how long this will last.

It is largely out of our control and that freaks people out.

So what do we do in this trying situation? Simple-

💡We focus on the things we can control 💡

It is more important now that it has ever been to take our health and fitness INCREDIBLY seriously.

Not only so we can be healthy and fight off this pesky virus, but so we can reinforce mental health and ensure that this doesn't drag us down.

Let's look at this another way- you probably have some spare time open up, right?

PERFECT!

How long have you been using the excuse of "I don't have enough time" to get in the shape you know you should be in???

Countless times, if you're anything like most people.

Now is the time to take advantage of this huge wake-up call and do something positive for your future self.

1. Let's shed the lbs

2. Let's get our energy up

3. Let's finally feel confident in the skin we are in so we can take things on at full force

LET'S DO IT!!!!

Now before we get carried away, enter the next problem- how the hell do you do this the right way once and for all without wasting time and ruining things in the process?

A generic programme is the LAST thing you should be looking at right now.
