There seems to be a touch of mass hysteria right now, and I totally get why.
Everything is up in the air. No one truly knows what's going on and no one knows for sure how long this will last.
It is largely out of our control and that freaks people out.
So what do we do in this trying situation? Simple-
💡We focus on the things we can control 💡
It is more important now that it has ever been to take our health and fitness INCREDIBLY seriously.
Not only so we can be healthy and fight off this pesky virus, but so we can reinforce mental health and ensure that this doesn't drag us down.
Let's look at this another way- you probably have some spare time open up, right?

How long have you been using the excuse of "I don't have enough time" to get in the shape you know you should be in???
